சீஷன் என்னும் நாமத்தினிமித்தம் இந்தச் சிறியரில் ஒருவனுக்கு ஒருகலசம் தண்ணீர் மாத்திரம் குடிக்கக் கொடுக்கிறவனும் தன் பலனை அடையாமற்போகான் என்று மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்.

பிசாசுகளும்: நீர் தேவனுடைய குமாரனாகிய கிறிஸ்து என்று சத்தமிட்டு அநேகரைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனது. அவர் கிறிஸ்து என்று பிசாசுகளுக்கு தெரிந்திருந்தபடியால் அவர் அவைகளைப் பேசவிடாமல் அதட்டினார்.

பிசாசின் அசுத்த ஆவிகள் பலரிடமிருந்து வெளியேறின. அவை “நீர் தேவனுடைய குமாரன்” எனக் கூக்குரலிட்டன. ஆனால் அவை பேசாமல் இருக்கும்படியாக அந்த ஆவிகளை இயேசு வன்மையாகக் கண்டித்தார். இயேசுவே கிறிஸ்து என்று அவை அறிந்திருந்தன.
